Just came back from an amazing week at this resort. The staff was outstanding. The location was perfect and the view of the sunset was amazing. Everything about this hotel was a 10.

My partner and I had a great vacation here for 9 days. The service was fantastic and the servers made it feel like home. The food was pretty good too. There was three places of food to choice from pizza place, crepes/smoothie place, Italian place and another restaurant. Overall did not get bored of the food for a 9 day trip. We had a room in the renovated side and it was clean/modern and the view was amazing. We really enjoyed the spa as well, it was very professional and relaxing. There was construction happening with the new building but we didn’t notice it too much. The hotel is in a great location as well and the beach is not overcrowded. It was bittersweet leaving, we had such a good time here.

This was one the best places we have ever been to. There are pros and cons but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The food was really good, the service was awesome, the bar and drinks were really good, the room had ful ocean view, Access to ocean was super easy. The only con was there was not much for kids to do or in general many activities, but our kid was in the pool all day and had lot of fun. ,We will definitely go back again.

Great place excellent food & selection, drinks are premium alcohol You don’t have to chase down servers to get anything-they are always coming around to ask how you are. The all inclusive offer is absolutely worth it I only gave 4 stars because of 1 employee (Carlos at the front desk) rude when we arrived & continued to be rude throughout the stay. Note to anyone going- if you go here take about $100-$200 in USD $1’s even though you get all inclusive that $1 tip goes a long way Hopefully your “butler” is Epiphanio, that guy was amazing & attentive. Room service was on point & efficient They have a 24 hr dessert/coffee cafe open and live music on weekends

The location was good because it was not far from the airport. I believe the drive was about 10 minutes away. The check in process was easy. Luckily we got to go on the 15th floor in one of the new renovated rooms. The rooms were pretty nice and had a balcony with a good view of the resort and ocean. They have a main restaurant that doesn’t require reservations and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This restaurant is why they get 3 stars for service. The servers are not super attentive. They take your order and quickly run off right as you’re saying your last word. They very rarely got our order 100% correct. There were times we asked for water and never got it. There was 1 dinner service where 1 person got their appetizer, then 5 minutes later 1 got mine, then 10 minutes later some mains came and then about 5 minutes later the rest of the mains came. It is also extremely hot sitting at this restaurant because it’s outside, you will probably leave sweating. The food at this restaurant was also very hit and miss. One day it’s very bland, the next day it was good. Depends on what you order. The eggs Benedict for breakfast was good for 3 days and then the hollandaise sauce tasted like nothing the next 2 times I tried it which was disappointing. I haven’t been to a resort where the bartenders don’t have bananas to throw in some of their slush drinks. The reservation restaurant was good depending on what you ordered. The pizza place was nice for a mid day snack. The deli was good for morning smoothies, lattes, pastries, and dessert. It was nice being able to order food while sitting at the pool. The tuna ceviche and shrimp tacos were delicious, had those most days. The pool was nice and so was the beach.

The food service staff , including the cooks and hostess and waiters and bartenders are amazing!!! The entertainment was super but the rooms are dated but acceptable. I feel that the housekeeping could be better. After hours Room Service was not good at all. One item available and it was not acceptable. The front staff are amazing and very helpful. We arrived late and the gentleman who met us at 5:30 am was so helpful. Overall , I would come back !!

This hotel is pretty small and low key, my boyfriend and I enjoyed our first time visiting Mexico. The biggest downside is the fact there is active construction ongoing all day- welding, sawing, hammering, but I think that's why it was relatively inexpensive. The food is good, with a surprising highlight being the pizza place. Service friendly, and pool area very nice. We did need to get to the pool by 930 or 10 to get a nice spot, but no issues with that. We were in a newer room and it was very nice with a nice view. The biggest knock is the construction, so just be prepared for that right now.
